Dr. Ken Sargeant (Operation LifeSaver Volunteer Instructor) made 43 Operation LifeSaver Presentations to 24 visiting Summer Camps with a total 1,003 participants during Summer Camp Week, June 13 - 17, 2016. The Event was held at the Old Davie School Historical Museum. Florida Citrus Model Train Society Locomotive Presetation
November 8, 2018 (L-R) Peter Colussy, Ken Sargeant. Peter Colussy Built a Post War Marx Commodore Vanderbilt Steam Locomotive with a Wedge Tender built between 1945 - 48. Orginally built as a mechanical wind up engine which has been converted to an electric double reduction gear motor for this project. Oh Lord, now that I have flagged Thee, lift up my feet from the rough road of life and plant them safely on the deck of the train of salvation. The Museum Of Discovery & Science, the AUTONATION IMAX THEATER and the Florida Citrus Model Train Society presented a "G" Scale Model Train Layout in the Main Lobby and an "O" Scale Layout on the second floor at the Museum from August 24, 2013 to February 24, 2014.
