Pictured are campers from Sheridan Hills Christian of Hollywood at the Old Davie School Historical Museum. Seven members of the Florida Citrus Model Train Society operated five trains on our "New G Scale" layout. Summer Camps were from Kinder Care Academy of Miami Lakes, Tinglewood of Pembroke Pines, Andy Bear Campers of Coral Springs. Each student was given: Activity Book, Pen, Pencil, Bookmark, Coloring Book, Key Chain, and Brochure "Myths or Realities? Pedestrian Safety Around Tracks & Trains". The program was presented in the multipurpose room of the Southwest Regional Library. Visitors were given: Activity Book, Pen, Pencil, Bookmark, Coloring Book, Crayons, Key Chains, and Brochure "Myths or Realities? Pedestrian Safety Around Tracks & Trains". The DVD "Tracks Are For Trains" was shown on the Jumbo Screen. Then guests were taken on a tour of our Layouts and got to operate several model trains.

We had a total of 524 visitors setting a new record in the Multipurpose room at the Library.
